About the SEACRET Brand
What is SEACRET?
What is SEACRET?
SEACRET is a Dead Sea mineral skincare and beauty brand founded in 2004 and sold in 36 countries. The range spans facial skincare, Dead Sea mud and mineral body care, hair care, nail care, and makeup. SEACRET combines minerals sourced from the Dead Sea, the lowest and most mineral-rich body of water on Earth, with modern cosmetic formulation, including its patented FERMENT 21 complex in selected face care. SEACRET products are cosmetics intended to support the look and feel of skin, not to treat any condition.
Is SEACRET a legitimate brand, and is SEACRET.com an MLM?
Is SEACRET a legitimate brand, and is SEACRET.com an MLM?
SEACRET.com is a legitimate retail skincare store, and it is not a multi-level marketing business. Buying here is a standard online purchase with no downline, no home party, no representative enrollment, and no business opportunity. The US store is operated by Deadsea Com LLC, doing business as SEACRET, based in Dover, Delaware. SEACRET has sold Dead Sea mineral skincare since 2004 and reaches customers in 36 countries. For anything you buy here, the prices, policies, and support on SEACRET.com are the ones that apply.

Who operates the SEACRETUS store, and where is it based?
The SEACRET US store is operated by Deadsea Com LLC, doing business as SEACRET, based in Dover, Delaware, and it sells and ships within the United States. Orders placed on the site are standard retail ecommerce purchases governed by the store's published terms and policies. Customer questions are handled by SEACRET Customer Care at support@seacretspa.com. For an order question, include your order number and the email used at checkout so the team can locate the order quickly.
Where are SEACRET products made?
Where are SEACRET products made?
Manufacturing origin depends on the product category. SEACRET Dead Sea mineral skincare and body care are made in Israel, at the source of the Dead Sea raw materials such as Maris Sal (Dead Sea salt) and Maris Aqua (Dead Sea water). SEACRET makeup is developed and manufactured in Korea and is a standalone K-beauty line that does not contain Dead Sea minerals. Because ranges can change, the country of origin printed on the packaging is the final source for the individual item you receive.
Why SEACRET? Product Selection & Purchasing
Where can I buy authentic SEACRET products?
Where can I buy authentic SEACRET products?
Buy from SEACRET.com or the official SEACRET Amazon storefront, the two authorized US channels. SEACRET has been an invitation-only luxury brand on Amazon since 2020, so the official storefront is a reliable channel. Buying direct keeps your purchase eligible for SEACRET support and the return policy. Products from unauthorized sellers may have unknown storage conditions, altered packaging, or expired stock, and are not covered by SEACRET's return policy. If a seller looks unfamiliar, send Customer Care the details before you buy.
How do I check that a SEACRET product or seller is genuine?
How do I check that a SEACRET product or seller is genuine?
Start from an authorized channel: SEACRET.com or the official SEACRET Amazon storefront. Genuine products carry SEACRET branding and a full ingredient list that matches the current product page. If a listing shows unusual pricing, missing information, or packaging that does not match the official photography, treat it as unverified. Send the product link and clear photos to support@seacretspa.com and the team will help you confirm before you use the item.
How can I verify an email, text, or promotion that claims to be from SEACRET?
How can I verify an email, text, or promotion that claims to be from SEACRET?
Do not send payment details or passwords in response to an unexpected message. SEACRET Customer Care will never ask for your full card number or password by email. If a message, coupon, or seller looks unofficial, forward it or the link to support@seacretspa.com and wait for confirmation before acting. When in doubt, go directly to SEACRET.com rather than clicking a link in the message.
Dead Sea Minerals, Ingredients, and FERMENT 21
What role do Dead Sea minerals play in SEACRET skincare?
What role do Dead Sea minerals play in SEACRET skincare?
SEACRET uses Dead Sea materials such as mineral salt, water, and mud in different cosmetic formats. On an ingredient list, these appear as Maris Sal (salt), Maris Aqua (water), and Maris Limus (mud or silt). Depending on the product, these ingredients can support cleansing, gentle exfoliation, conditioning, and the look of hydrated, smoother skin. The finished formula, not the mineral origin alone, determines what a product does.
What makes Dead Sea minerals special for skin?
What makes Dead Sea minerals special for skin?
The Dead Sea is the lowest point on Earth, about 430 meters below sea level, and roughly 10 times saltier than the ocean. Its water carries 26 minerals, 12 of them found in no other sea, and far higher levels of the minerals most associated with skin comfort: about 40 times more magnesium, 43 times more calcium, 20 times more potassium, and 80 times more bromide than ordinary ocean water. In skincare, minerals like magnesium may help support the look of a healthy moisture barrier and lasting hydration.
Does Dead Sea mud actually work as a cosmetic ingredient?
Does Dead Sea mud actually work as a cosmetic ingredient?
Yes, Dead Sea mud is a genuinely mineral-rich cosmetic ingredient. Its fine clay structure, combined with Dead Sea minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium, is what makes it useful in masks and cleansing bars. Applied and rinsed, Dead Sea mud visibly helps lift away surface buildup and supports the look of clearer, smoother, more balanced skin. SEACRET's Mineral Mud Soap is formulated with 10% Dead Sea silt. Dead Sea mud products are for external cosmetic use only.
Dead Sea salt vs Epsomsalt: what is the difference?
Dead Sea salt vs Epsomsalt: what is the difference?
Dead Sea salt is a natural multi-mineral salt harvested from the Dead Sea, while Epsom salt is a single manufactured compound, magnesium sulfate. Dead Sea salt is unusual because it is a rare magnesium-chloride brine rather than an ordinary sodium-chloride salt, carrying magnesium, calcium, potassium, and bromide together. For mineral skincare, that broader mineral profile is the difference; Epsom salt is mainly used for bath soaks.
What is FERMENT 21?
What is FERMENT 21?
FERMENT 21 is SEACRET's patented, bio-fermented Dead Sea mineral complex, used in selected face care, specifically the Bio Skin Glow and Bio Skin Hydration lines (patent ref 2017143RE170704). It is created by bio-fermenting Dead Sea minerals with the microalga Dunaliella salina, an alga that thrives in Dead Sea conditions, to form a new mineral ingredient rather than a simple extract. SEACRET formulates FERMENT 21 to help strengthen the look of the skin barrier, support hydration, and visibly support a smoother, more radiant appearance.
What does "bio-fermented mineral complex" mean?
What does "bio-fermented mineral complex" mean?
It means the Dead Sea minerals pass through a controlled fermentation step, using the Dunaliella salina alga, before they go into a cosmetic formula. Fermentation is used in skincare to transform ingredients into smaller, more skin-compatible forms. SEACRET describes FERMENT 21 as a new substance created by that process rather than a Dead Sea extract or a plain algae ingredient. It is a cosmetic ingredient complex for face care, not a medical treatment.
Which SEACRET products contain FERMENT 21?
Which SEACRET products contain FERMENT 21?
FERMENT 21 is used only in SEACRET face care, mainly the Bio Skin Glow and Bio Skin Hydration lines, in products such as the HA Ampoule Serum, Advanced Radiance Cream, Milky Essence, and the Bio Skin Hydration moisturizers. It is not in SEACRET body care, hair care, makeup, or nail products; those lines use other Dead Sea minerals or their own technologies. To confirm whether a specific formula contains it, check the ingredient list on the individual product page.
Is FERMENT 21 supported by any testing?
Is FERMENT 21 supported by any testing?
Yes. FERMENT 21 is backed by ex-vivo laboratory research and consumer in-use testing on finished face care products. In one in-use test of 20 volunteers with sensitive skin over 28 days, the Bio Skin Glow HA Ampoule Serum showed a 20.54% increase in measured skin hydration and a 9.32% increase in skin glow versus baseline. These are cosmetic, appearance-level results from a small in-use study, and individual results vary with the product, consistency of use, and skin type.
Ingredients and Product Standards
How can I check whether a specific SEACRET product is vegan or cruelty-free?
How can I check whether a specific SEACRET product is vegan or cruelty-free?
SEACRET is cruelty-free, meaning finished products are not tested on animals. Vegan status is confirmed for all our products but for the Seacret Hair line which has a silk protine, this line shall be upgraded to vegan as well shortly .
What does "SEACRET Clean" mean, and are products free from parabens, SLS, or silicones?
What does "SEACRET Clean" mean, and are products free from parabens, SLS, or silicones?
SEACRET Clean is the brand's internal formulation standard, not a government certification. SEACRET's stated standard is to formulate without parabens, SLS, petroleum products, and phthalates. Specific claims such as silicone-free apply only when stated for the individual product, so the catalog should not be described as silicone-free overall. Ingredient lists can change when a formula is updated, so review the full ingredient list on the current product page before you buy.
Where can I find the full ingredient list and fragrance information?
Where can I find the full ingredient list and fragrance information?
The full INCI ingredient list appears on each product page and on the product packaging. Because formulas can be updated, the ingredient list on the product you receive is the controlling version. Fragrance may appear as "fragrance" or "parfum," with individual fragrance allergens named where required. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, send Customer Care the product name and a clear photo of the ingredient panel before using the product.
Are SEACRET products hypoallergenic?
Are SEACRET products hypoallergenic?
Do not assume a product is hypoallergenic unless the specific product page or packaging states it. Even products designed for sensitive skin can cause a reaction in some people. The most reliable approach is to review the full ingredient list, avoid anything you are sensitive to, and patch test a new product before broader use. Customer Care can help you review a specific formula if you are unsure.
Are SEACRET products dermatologist-tested?
Are SEACRET products dermatologist-tested?
The Bio Skin Hydration line is dermatologist-tested, with documentation on file. SEACRET applies the dermatologist-tested label only where testing is specifically documented, rather than across the whole catalog. If you have reactive skin, a practical starting point is the Bio Skin Hydration line, introduced one product at a time with a patch test first, so you can see how your skin responds before building a fuller routine.
Choosing the Right SEACRET Products
Where should I start if I am new to SEACRET?
Where should I start if I am new to SEACRET?
Start with one primary goal and the smallest routine you can keep up consistently. For face care, a practical base is a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a broad-spectrum sunscreen in the morning, then add one serum or treatment when its role is clear. For body care, begin with a daily lotion or a richer butter and add exfoliation only as needed. Introduce one new product at a time so you can judge comfort.
Which SEACRET products arebest for dry or dehydrated skin?
Which SEACRET products arebest for dry or dehydrated skin?
The Bio Skin Hydration line is the most direct choice for dryness, dehydration, and daily moisture support. A simple routine pairs a gentle cleanser with a hydrating serum and a moisturizer, choosing richer creams when skin feels tight. For dry body skin, use body lotion for lighter daily moisture or body butter for richer conditioning on rough areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. If skin is cracked or persistently uncomfortable, ask a dermatologist.
Which products are bestfor dull-looking skin and visible signs of aging?
Which products are bestfor dull-looking skin and visible signs of aging?
The Bio Skin Glow line is designed for radiance, hydration, and the appearance of fine lines. A hydrating serum step such as the HA Ampoule Serum, paired with a moisturizer like the Advanced Radiance Cream, is a practical base. Consistent cleansing, hydration, moisturizing, and daily sun protection usually matter more than adding many active products at once. Claims about fine lines refer to visible appearance, not the structure of the skin.
Which products are bestfor oily or combination skin?
Which products are bestfor oily or combination skin?
For oily or combination skin, start with effective cleansing and a lightweight moisturizer rather than stripping moisture from the routine. A cleanser, a balancing toner, and a lighter serum or day cream form a simple base. Introduce exfoliating products gradually and avoid stacking several acids or scrubs in one routine. Oily skin still needs moisture, and over-cleansing can leave skin feeling tight and uncomfortable.
What is the difference between Bio Skin Glow and Bio Skin Hydration?
What is the difference between Bio Skin Glow and Bio Skin Hydration?
Bio Skin Hydration is the better starting point when dryness, tightness, or daily moisture support is the main concern. Bio Skin Glow is designed for customers focused on radiance, smoother-looking texture, and the appearance of fine lines. Both lines use FERMENT 21 in selected formulas, but the supporting ingredients and textures differ by product. Choose by your primary goal, then confirm the ingredient list and directions for the specific product.
What is the differencebetween body lotion, body butter, and a salt scrub?
What is the differencebetween body lotion, body butter, and a salt scrub?
Body lotion gives lighter daily moisture and usually absorbs faster. Body butter has a richer texture for dry skin and rough areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. A salt and oil body scrub is an occasional exfoliating step that removes surface buildup while its oil base conditions the skin. Use the scrub before lotion or butter, then rinse and moisturize. Keep the coarse scrub off the face and off broken or freshly shaved skin.
Does SEACRET make products for men?
Does SEACRET make products for men?
Yes. The Men's All-in-One, from SEACRET's Dead Sea mineral range, is a single-step formula for men who want skincare without a multi-product routine. It supports the look of smooth, comfortable skin after shaving or showering. Many men also use the Mineral Mud Soap with 10% Dead Sea silt as a daily cleansing bar, and the unisex body care line works across skin types. Consistency matters more than a complicated regimen.
What are SEACRET's best-selling products?
What are SEACRET's best-selling products?
SEACRET's number-one best-seller in the US is the Nail Buffing Block, which polishes nails to a natural shine with no polish or drying time. Two other US favorites are the Mineral Mud Soap, formulated with 10% Dead Sea silt, and the Non-Smudge Tubing Mascara. For face care, the Bio Skin Glow HA Ampoule Serum is the flagship. Best-seller collections are marked on the official store so you can see what customers reorder most.
How to Use SEACRET Products
In what order should I apply SEACRET face care?
In what order should I apply SEACRET face care?
Apply from lighter to richer textures so each formula reaches the skin. A practical sequence is cleanser, toner or essence, serum, eye product, and moisturizer, then a broad-spectrum sunscreen as the final morning step. At night, skip sunscreen and place any directed treatment after cleansing according to its label. Masks and exfoliants are occasional steps, not daily layers. When a product's directions differ from a general routine, follow the product directions.
Which steps belong in amorning routine and which at night?
Which steps belong in amorning routine and which at night?
Morning care focuses on gentle cleansing, hydration, moisturizer, and broad-spectrum sunscreen as the final skincare step. Evening care removes makeup and daily buildup, then applies your chosen serum, eye product, moisturizer, or night treatment. Products with exfoliating acids are generally positioned for evening use when the label directs it. Do not assume every serum belongs in both routines. Introduce active products gradually and use daytime sun protection consistently.
Should I apply hyaluronicacid before or after moisturizer?
Should I apply hyaluronicacid before or after moisturizer?
Apply hyaluronic acid before moisturizer, ideally on slightly damp skin. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant that binds water, so applying the HA Ampoule Serum to damp skin gives it moisture to hold, and layering moisturizer on top seals that hydration in. Applied over a cream instead, a hyaluronic serum cannot penetrate as well and may sit on the surface. The general rule: water-based serums first, then creams, then sunscreen in the morning.

Can I use niacinamide with vitamin C or retinol?
Can I use niacinamide with vitamin C or retinol?
Yes, modern cosmetic formulas
allow niacinamide to layer with both vitamin C and retinol; the old
incompatibility warnings came from unstable formulas decades ago. Niacinamide
generally supports the skin barrier, which can make active-heavy routines feel
more comfortable. Introduce one new active at a time, patch test, and split
actives between morning and night if your skin is reactive. If you use
prescription-strength retinoids, ask your dermatologist about layering.
How often should Iexfoliate, and how often should I use a mud mask?
How often should Iexfoliate, and how often should I use a mud mask?
Follow the directions on the specific product, because formulas differ. Many people begin a facial exfoliant once weekly and adjust based on skin response; more is not automatically better. A Dead Sea mud mask suits most skin types one to two times per week, with drier or reactive skin starting at once weekly. Avoid combining a scrub, a peel, and a strong acid in one routine, and stop if skin feels tight or sore.
How do I use a SEACRET salt and oil body scrub?
How do I use a SEACRET salt and oil body scrub?
Wet body skin with warm water. If the oil and salt have separated, stir the product before use. Massage a small amount over the body in gentle circular motions for 30 to 60 seconds, using lighter pressure on sensitive areas, then rinse thoroughly and apply lotion or butter if you like. Use once or twice weekly unless the label directs otherwise. Keep the scrub off the face, broken skin, and freshly shaved or irritated areas, and take care because oils make surfaces slippery.
How do I apply and remove SEACRET Non-Smudge Tubing Mascara?
How do I apply and remove SEACRET Non-Smudge Tubing Mascara?
Wipe excess formula on the tube edge, place the brush at the lash roots, and move from base to tip. Let the first coat set for about 30 seconds before adding a second coat for more definition. The polymer tubes hold through humidity, sweat, and long days without smudging. At night, hold a warm, wet washcloth against closed lashes for 15 to 20 seconds and gently slide the tubes off. The small dark pieces are mascara tubes, not lashes.
Can I combine SEACRET with products from other brands?
Can I combine SEACRET with products from other brands?
Yes. A routine does not need to use one brand only. Build around product function, ingredient compatibility, and skin tolerance. Add one new product at a time and avoid layering several strong exfoliating acids, retinoids, or abrasive scrubs in the same session unless a professional has advised it. Follow the directions for each product, including rinse times and frequency. If you use a prescription treatment, ask the prescribing clinician before changing your routine.
How long does it take to see cosmetic results?
How long does it take to see cosmetic results?
Timing depends on the product, the goal, how often you use it, and your skin. Hydrating and conditioning products can change how skin feels soon after use, while changes in the look of texture, radiance, or fine lines usually take consistent use over time. SEACRET does not use one guaranteed timeline for the whole catalog. Follow the product directions, take a baseline photo in consistent lighting, and stop if continued use causes irritation rather than improvement.
Safety, Skin Sensitivity, and US Cosmetic Regulation
How can I evaluate a SEACRET product for sensitive skin?
How can I evaluate a SEACRET product for sensitive skin?
No cosmetic is irritation-proof for everyone. Review the ingredient list, fragrance content, directions, and warnings for the specific product, introduce one product at a time, and patch test before broader use. Products with fragrance, essential oils, acids, or physical exfoliants may need extra caution for reactive skin. If you have eczema, rosacea, contact allergies, or another diagnosed condition, ask a dermatologist whether a specific formula fits your plan.
How should I patch test a new skincare product?
How should I patch test a new skincare product?
Apply a small amount to a limited area of clean skin, such as the inner forearm or inside the elbow, using the normal amount and contact time. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends repeating the test twice daily for 7 to 10 days before broader use (American Academy of Dermatology, accessed 2026). For a rinse-off product, leave it on only as long as the directions specify. Stop if the area becomes red, itchy, swollen, or painful. A home test can reveal irritation but does not diagnose an allergy.
Can I use SEACRET products while pregnant or nursing?
Can I use SEACRET products while pregnant or nursing?
SEACRET does not give blanket pregnancy or nursing clearance for the whole catalog, because formulas differ and can change over time. Review the complete ingredient list for the specific product and share it with your obstetrician, dermatologist, or other qualified clinician, especially for treatment serums, exfoliating acids, or any product used over a large area. Follow the clinician's advice and the product directions, and stop if a new reaction develops.
Are SEACRET cosmetics FDA approved?
Are SEACRET cosmetics FDA approved?
Most cosmetics and cosmetic ingredients do not receive FDA premarket approval, with the exception of color additives. The FDA regulates cosmetics, and the company selling a cosmetic is legally responsible for its safety and proper labeling, so describing a standard cosmetic as "FDA approved" would be misleading. Products that make sunscreen claims are regulated differently because sunscreen is an over-the-counter drug in the United States (US Food and Drug Administration, accessed 2026).
What should I do if a product irritates my skin?
What should I do if a product irritates my skin?
Stop using it and gently rinse the area if that suits the formula. For a severe or persistent reaction, or for eye symptoms or trouble breathing, seek medical care promptly. Keep the product, packaging, ingredient list, and batch or lot code. Report the reaction to support@seacretspa.com with the product name, how you used it, when the reaction began, and photos if you have them. Do not restart the product until a qualified professional says it is appropriate.
How should I store SEACRET products, and how do I read the period-after-opening symbol?
How should I store SEACRET products, and how do I read the period-after-opening symbol?
Store products tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow any special storage note on the package. The open-jar symbol shows the recommended period after opening, such as 6M or 12M for six or twelve months. Some products also carry an expiration date. Stop using a product sooner if its smell, color, or texture changes unexpectedly. Customer Care can help interpret the batch or lot code from clear package photos.
Orders, Shipping, and Payments
Where does SEACRET ship, and what does shipping cost?
Where does SEACRET ship, and what does shipping cost?
The SEACRET US store ships to the 50 states and Washington, DC, and some US territories may appear at checkout. It does not currently ship internationally or to P.O. boxes, so use a street address. Standard shipping is $5.90 to the contiguous United States and $17.00 to Alaska and Hawaii. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Confirm the final rate at checkout, and see the Shipping and Returns policy for full details.
How long will my order take, and how do I track it?
How long will my order take, and how do I track it?
Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 7 business days, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and peak periods or carrier delays can add time. When your order ships, SEACRET sends a confirmation with tracking to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear after a label is created. If the window has passed, contact Customer Care with your order number.
What if tracking shows delivered but I cannot find the package?
What if tracking shows delivered but I cannot find the package?
First check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any carrier delivery photo or note. Packages are sometimes left in a side door, mailroom, or with a neighbor. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier with the tracking number, then email Customer Care at support@seacretspa.com with your order number and tracking number so the team can help resolve it.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible at support@seacretspa.com with your order number and the change you need. SEACRET processes orders quickly, so a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment or ships. Do not send full payment card details by email. If a change is no longer possible, Customer Care can explain whether the order may qualify for a return after delivery under the US return policy.
Which payment methods does SEACRET accept?
Which payment methods does SEACRET accept?
Available payment methods are
shown securely at checkout and can vary by device and wallet. The store
generally supports major cards, along with common digital wallets shown at
checkout. All US prices are in US dollars, and applicable sales tax and shipping
are calculated at checkout. Use only the official checkout, and never send full
card details to Customer Care by email or the contact form.
Why was my payment declined?
Why was my payment declined?
A payment can be declined because of a billing-address mismatch, insufficient funds, a bank security control, or an incorrect card detail. Check the card number, expiration, security code, and billing address, then contact your bank or card issuer, who can often clear a security hold. Avoid repeated attempts, which can trigger additional holds. If the details are correct and the card still declines, your bank is usually the fastest way to resolve it.
Can I use more than one promotion code, and does a purchase enroll me in automatic shipments?
Can I use more than one promotion code, and does a purchase enroll me in automatic shipments?
Promotion codes usually cannot be combined unless the offer says so, and each promotion can have product exclusions, minimums, an end time, and limits. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in recurring shipments. The current SEACRET US store does not automatically sign you up for a subscription. If a subscription program is offered in the future, its price, frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before you enroll.
Returns and Refunds
What is the SEACRET US return policy, including opened products?
What is the SEACRET US return policy, including opened products?
Eligible products bought directly from SEACRET.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A standard return must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all components, inserts, and gift items, and refunds go to the original payment method. For a customer's first order, SEACRET may approve one opened product when the request is timely, at least 50% remains, and the other conditions are met. Products bought from another seller follow that seller's policy.
How do I start a return, and who pays return shipping?
How do I start a return, and who pays return shipping?
Email support@seacretspa.com with your order number and the reason, and add photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping, and use a trackable method, since SEACRET is not responsible for lost return packages. The customer pays return shipping for a standard return. SEACRET covers return or replacement shipping when it confirms the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
When will I receive my refund, and are original shipping charges refundable?
When will I receive my refund, and are original shipping charges refundable?
Approved refunds are issued to
your original payment method, normally within about 5 business days after the
return is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time
to post the credit. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable
unless the return results from a SEACRET error or applicable law requires
otherwise. If you have a question about a pending refund, Customer Care can
check the status for you.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact Customer Care at support@seacretspa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If SEACRET confirms its error or a covered shipping issue, it will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund, or return shipping. The 7-day window does not waive any rights that cannot be waived under law. Keep the carton and packing materials until the issue is resolved, since photos speed up approval.
Can final-sale items, gifts, or promotional bundles be returned?
Can final-sale items, gifts, or promotional bundles be returned?
Eligibility depends on the terms shown with the offer. Returning part of a discounted set or a gift-with-purchase order can change the refund amount or require the gift to be returned. Check the offer terms at the time of purchase, and contact Customer Care with your order number if you are unsure how a return affects a bundle. The team can explain what is eligible before you send anything back.
